FAQ
How long does it take?
Usually 10 to 15 minutes. We email you one link when it is ready. You can close the page in the meantime.
Which photos work best?
3 to 5 photos where the face is clear and well lit: one straight on, one from the side, and one full body if you have it. No sunglasses, no hats pulled low, and only your athlete in the photo. Phone photos are fine.
Do they look like real photos?
Yes. These are realistic portraits, not cartoons. We keep the face, hair, skin tone and build the same as in your photos.
What happens to my photos?
Your photos are used only to make this pack. We delete them as soon as the pack is made. They are never used for anything else, never used to train anything, and never shown publicly. Your results sit on a private link that only you get.
My athlete is under 18. Can they upload?
No. A parent or guardian must upload the photos for athletes under 18. Athletes who are 18 or older can upload their own.
Can you add the school logo?
No. We do not add logos, crests or brand marks. The kit uses your team colours and number. The school or team name can appear as plain text on the poster.
Are you connected to my school or league?
No. Media Day is not affiliated with any school, league or team.
